Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel, vlotte service. Klein nadeel vonden wij de wifi-verbinding, deze ging via een onbeveiligd netwerk voor iedereen (hotel en restaurant) waardoor er soms helemaal geen verbinding was. Misschien handiger voor een apart netwerk enkel voor hotelgasten.

Accomodatie was netjes. Geen eigen parkeergelegenhuid of kortingskaart voor de parkeergarage. Deze kosten lopen dus aardig op voor een lang weekend.

De locatie in het centrum is echt perfect. Het ontbijt en diner zijn heerlijk. Alleen de badkamer was echt klein. Wij hebben een normaal postuur, maar de deur van de doucheruimte was best klein, de wasbak was formaat van een wasbakje van een toilet en als je op de wc zat zat je been tegen het kastje.

The property was located in the centre of all the restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the caves for the Christmas market which was a convenient location. The Hotel itself had a large restaurant. There is no lift and a very steep staircase to the rooms. Our room had a faulty lock so each time we tried to go out it took several minutes for the lock to catch. We did advise a member of staff but they did not do anything about it. The Television did not work and although a member of staff brought an additional remote control, we still struggled to find a channel, not the end of the world but would be nice to have something on in the background whilst getting ready. Room could of been cleaner, a lot of dust and dirt around the skirtings. The shower tray kept filling up and overflowing on to the bathroom floor. There was no shampoo supplied so bear in mind if just travelling light. The soap dispenser was located only in the shower so not convenient if just washing hands. Our room was located overlooking the restaurants and from about 5am the restaurants start setting up their outside seating areas for the day so extremely noisy as they drag tables, chairs and patio heaters along the concrete, so it’s not advisable to have a room at the front. We ate in the hotel restaurant and from about 9pm they start packing up the restaurant around you even when still eating, which is extremely rude and made us feel quite unwelcome. They also try and charge for tap water.

Prima ontbijt en restaurant. Kamer was op zich netjes maar wij misten een kast om kleding op te hangen. Hebben 3 dagen uit koffer geleefd. Badkamer zeer klein.

Bed beetje klein, matras beetje zacht en onze kamer een balk, waar je moet oppassen dat je s’nachts niet tegen aan moet knallen als je naar toilet moet. Maar dat is gewoon oppassen. Voor 1 nachtje wel te doen. Verder alles prima!

Prima hotel. Uitstekende ligging. Helaas door personeelstekort zou de kamer na de 2e nacht pas schoongemaakt worden. Na onze 2e nacht was dit helaas nog niet gebeurd. Dit bleek bij de appartementen niet van toepassing en wordt dit alleen op verzoek gedaan. Na dit aangegeven te hebben is dit uiteindelijk wel goed opgelost. Wij zijn hier voor de 2e keer geweest. Dit zegt wel iets. Mooi 5 kamer appartement midden in het centrum van Valkenburg. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Er zal vast wel iets zijn om te klagen, maar dat veranderd niet het feit hoe vriendelijk en behulpzaam de dames en heren zijn. Restaurant onder het hotel was geweldig. En ook de ligging van het hotel is fantastisch. Absoluut een aanrader.
