Exceptional hotel

It was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and clean, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to nearby town, restaurants and not far from the station. Very good continental breakfast. Nice roof top terrace to relax. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Heel fijn dat de kinderslaapkamer apart was van de andere kamer. Heerlijk bad waar de kinderen en oma lekker in gespetterd hebben. Het was niet te warm wat ook fijn is in de nazomer. De kussens waren wel erg hoog en harder dan ik gewend ben. Maar dat is dan ook het enige minpunt.

Rommelig, oud, gehorig hotel, zeker geen 4 sterren

Hotel wordt gewaardeerd met 4 sterren en goede recensies, waar die vandaan komen is ons een raadsel. Hotel is oud, gehorig, niet heel erg schoon, ontbijt mag best wat luxer (nep croissants en harde broodjes uit plastic kan echt niet!!!). Hotel bed lag goed en het is op zeer korte loopafstand van Valkenburg centrum, grote pre! Onze algehele indruk was dat het hotel n flinke renovatie nodig heeft om weer van deze tijd te zijn. Personeel bij ontvangst rommelig en bij vertrek niet geïnteresseerd in onze ervaring in hun hotel, waarschijnlijk omdat ze het antwoord al weten. Jammer!! Voor ons niet nog eens en ook geen aanrader.

Een absolute aanrader. Goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt met uitgebreide keuzemogelijkheden. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Gelegen vlakbij het centrum van Valkenburg. Interessante stad met vele mogelijkheden. Historische waarde van de binnenstad en de kasteelruïne. Omgeving is zeer geschikt voor mooie natuurwandelingen.

Friendly hotel, great location!

The town of Valkenburg is about a ten-minute train ride away from Maastricht and a wonderful place to visit. Hotel Atlanta has a great location to experience so much of Valkenburg. Atlanta also have an exceptional team who are incredibly friendly and helpful, they could not do enough to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and I was able to start my day off with a great cup of coffee! Comfortable room, wide-screen TV, plenty of hot water and the convenient location means value for money. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Een net en goed hotel, met een keurige ontvangst met hele goede uitleg van hoe alles werkt. Redelijke ruime kamer met een redelijk ruime badkamer waarin alles netjes en schoon was en alles aanwezig was wat je nodig hebt. De volgende morgen was het ontbijt zeer ruim en heerlijk vers brood, tevens was er medewerkster die vroeg of je een spiegelei wilde en ondertussen kwam vragen of alles in orde was. De ligging is overigens ook geweldig, 5 min lopen naar centrum en parkeren kan bij hotel maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt aangezien je van 20.00 tot 11.00 gratis parkeert op Berkelplein,

Not worth the money

It was very loud at night, the walls are very very very thin. You could hear every waterflush in the rooms around above and beneath you. Room looks old and small. Dort was left even after room service... and i had to use the garage for 8.50eur instead of the other parking for 6.50eur....

Voor ons was het de vierde keer dat we naar Atlanta zijn gegaan.We hadden er heel veel zin in. Maar wat viel ons dat tegen. Op uitzondering van de ontbijt juffrouw op vrijdag en maandag. Was het voor ons onbekend personeel. Men was kribbig. Onprofessioneel. Men zegt niet tegen een klant dat hij zanikt omdat hij vraagt of er in de lobby een bepaalde zender is. Zeker niet als hij op zijn kamer geen tv signaal heeft. Of dat personeel in een overvolle ontbijt zaal collega's er door halen. Nee het was niet zo als van ouds. De kamers zijn leuk opgeknapt. Alleen jammer dat de tv het niet doet. De badkamers het doet het allemaal maar is niet van deze tijd.

Eenvoudig ietwat gedateerd hotel naast het centrum

Het hotel is eenvoudig en niet meer uiterst modern, maar wel netjes. De bedden en kussens waren hard en op de kamer en de gang was het in augustus behoorlijk warm. Vandaar dat er waarschijnlijk een ventilator op de kamer stond voor wat frisse lucht. Verder was het ontbijt heel goed en in totaal was het gebodene in overeenstemming met de betaalde prijs.

It was good hotel , excellent location, nice stuff, comfortable, but reception is so narrow. Prima hotel , komen hier zeker een keer terug .

4 kamers geboekt maar bij aankomst bleek dat er niets gereserveerd stond op onze naam . Wat er mis gegaan is weten we niet maar wat we wel weten is dat er alles aan gedaan is om voor ons een aantal kamers vrij te maken .Terwijl ze zochten naar een oplossing kregen wij een drankje van het huis . Super service !! Goede bedden , voor mijn ouders net iets te laag , ook de douche in het bad was voor mijn moeder een obstakel omdat zij slecht ter been is .Ook was het erg warm in de kamer ondanks dat de ramen open stonden . Maar wij waren al blij dat we een kamer hadden en als tegemoetkoming is ook de prijs aangepast . s 'Morgen hebben we genoten van een heerlijk ontbijt.
