"Sell it as free transfers, but it is only for minimum 7 night stays. This is not written on the ads. Amazing place, very kind employees. Not every drinks and not all the restaurants are included in the all inclusive package. The Grouper grill didn’t have any spots available during our home stay, and we simply couldn’t go to one of the restaurants that is included in the package. The ambassor told us we would try to arrange reservations, but never did. Lunch and dinner are ok. Not marvelous. Breakfast is really good. Besides that, the hotel looks amazing, rooms are fantastic, and every one treats us very well "

"The room was spotless and cleaned. All the staff are great and helpful. They always say hi and ask if you need anything. The amenities is limited but there are plenty of activities to do. Highly recommended the spa. All the restaurants are great except for the restaurant Limo. We sat down for drinks and ordered our meals. We waited almost two hours for our food while we watch other guests comes after and got their food before us. By the time we got our food, the pasta wasn't cooked well and some of the food didn't taste that well. We've ordered dessert as well and it took well over 30 minutes to an hour and we didn't get our dessert because we got tired of waiting plus we're exhausted. We were there at 8 pm and stayed there until 11pm. Best place to eat is Yama, Taste, and at the pool bar. Overall, it's a great experience. "

"We stayed in Room 519 (Beach Villa with Swirl Pool). Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to our previous visit. The swirl pool was under heavy shade, making the water very cold and unusable — especially in December. There is no heating function, so we never used it. Last year, we stayed in an overwater villa, and the swirl pool was in direct sunlight, making it enjoyable even at night. Food quality was disappointing this time. Breakfast and lunch options were repetitive, and on several occasions the chicken was undercooked and vegetables were not properly prepared. Some dishes also seemed off. The only positive was that desserts changed daily, which was nice. For an all-inclusive resort, the beverage offering was very limited. Many cocktails, mocktails, iced coffees, and even hot chocolate were frequently out of stock at both pools. Entertainment was also limited. Activities like go-karting and jet skis were excluded, despite being marketed as part of the resort experience. Overall, this stay did not match our previous experience or the expectations of a premium all-inclusive resort."
