Excellent communications before we arrived. We were a family of 5, nice small touches; fresh fruit, milk, coffee etc. Rooms were clean, tidy and modern. Parking also a bonus. Really recommend.

Really nice, well-located apartment.

The apartment is great and well located, really comfortable and clean. Only criticism would be of the check in process - it's separate to this site, they require a deposit and it didn't work correctly... however, it was resolved very quicky after a phonecall and I wouldn't say to be put off by that!

Exceeded expectations

Stayed for 3 nights and was amazed overall by this accommodation which exceeded our expectations. Smart frontage and free parking in a quiet residentially focussed part of the town but just minutes walk from the high street and St Anne’s Pier. Remote electronic entry to main and apartment doors worked flawlessly and some lovely touches on arrival such as chilled bottled water and milk with a suitable stock of tea/coffee etc. Fans in each room were a welcome addition as the country basked in the hottest days this year. Well provided kitchenette was perfect for our needs and TV’s in the lounge area and both bedrooms were modern and of generous proportions. Bathroom with shower was of a good size and water pressure was decent and in keeping with the rest of the apartment in good condition and spotlessly clean. The soundproofing of the suite and each room is the best I’ve ever experienced and with no neighbourhood noise to note, a great nights sleep on high quality beds and duvets, pillows and linen etc made the trip all the better. I clumsily broke the toaster which was replaced that morning with a brand new item and clear, consistent and customer focussed communication was assured from the first booking enquiry right through to our departure and beyond. Having not tried a holiday option like this previously I am a definite convert and thus will be my “Prime” preference in future 👍

Excellent experience

The apartment was really clean and felt welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. It was well set out and well equipped with clear instructions on how to operate everything. The bed was huge and very comfy. Shower was hot, towels fluffy and smelled nice. There was milk in the fridge, tea bags and coffee, a bottle of filtered water and a bowl of fruit. Pricing was competitive and messages on how to access the building and apartment were clear and plentiful. Perfectly placed within easy walking distance of St Anne's. Couldn't be faulted. Thank you 😃

Just wow. We stayed in suite 1 of the Prime Suites apartments from 16/05/2025. This property exceeded our expectations. Bedroom very roomy with a comfortable Superking bed. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. Lounge area/kitchen are was lovely and well kitted out with everything you will need.large comfy settee to chill out on. The large window looks out at the parking area. Local pubs and restaurants are very close. I would highly recommend The Zen restaurant. Now the negative bit. Parking is not enough for the x2 apartment buildings. We had to park elsewhere on occasions, which wasn’t ideal for my disabled husband after a long day out. There must have been a blockage in the sink in the bathroom, as the water took and age to go down the plug hole.

the room was incredible. nice decor very modern and very well thought out. there were so many finishing touches like tea and biscuits and even pots and pans for making your own meals. the bed was so so comfy felt like sleeping on a cloud. would defo recommend for anyone who loves the beach as it is a 10 minute walk down to the beach that was bustling with families!

Peaceful stay at Prime Suites

We really enjoyed our stay at Prime Suites in St Anne’s. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The shops and beach were within walking distance as well as friendly bars and restaurants. Top marks to housekeeping who were always very pleasant when we met them. The flat was very quiet and bed extremely comfortable. The fruit, milk, biscuits, coffee and tea were a welcome addition. Just a few little niggles:- - it would be helpful to be able to put on the heating should we need it. - the blanket on the end of the bed needs replacing. It’s tired and tatty. - I would have appreciated some shampoo in the bathroom as I thought that this would have been included in ‘toiletries’. - please put some better quality washing up liquid in the kitchen. The stuff in there was hopeless at helping with the dishes!

Our second stay here, apartment 2 this time. Absolutely amazing! Apartments are very well thought out, everything we need for comfort and convenience. Tea/coffee replenished, fresh milk provided in the fridge. Quiet and convenient location, 3 minute stroll to St Anne’s and a 15 minute drive to Lytham. We will most definitely stay here again, a gem of a place.

Fab in Lytham

Great location, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops on door step. Fab location for a stroll along promenade even though the weather was horrendous (during the heavy storms and weather warnings!). We still went out and were there for a funeral. Amazing apartment on ground floor.
