The Jasseron - Cosy apartment with private garage

Located a few minutes walk from Part-Dieu metro station and to the main train station, on the 6th floor (with an elevator), close to all amenities and shops.

This nice 22 m² apartment comes with a living room with a nice comfortable 160*200 bed, a 2 persons dining table, an HD TV and a fully equipped little kitchen.

You will also enjoy a nice bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine is available too.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, Nespresso, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included.
Free WIFI available.

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartmen's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.


Please note: renovation work on the building's facade is underway, with scaffolding, which may cause some noise during the day.

    Après quatre interlocuteurs il est signalé qu'une caution est nécessaire avant de pouvoir obtenir la procédure pour accéder au logement.Une fois installé pas de souci, séjour agréable, environnement calme.

    Facile d’accès Environnement sans intérêt mais calme. Immeuble des années 70 Parties communes sales, notamment le palier de l’étage de l’appartement Appartement correct au 1er abord, mais finalement peu entretenu: VMC de la salle de bain pleine de poussière, calcaire sur les parois de la douche, vitres de l’appartement visiblement non nettoyées depuis plusieurs mois et très très sales, miettes sous le grille pain, etc Très peu de vaisselle, pas de porte serviette dans la salle de bain, ampoule grillée, télécommande télé plus que capricieuse d’où le besoin d’utiliser un bouton marche-arrêt derrière la télévision sous une couche de poussière. Bref appartement sans aucun intérêt

    Appartement hyper sécurisé... Mais sans contact humain

    Avant d'entrer dans l'appartement, vous recevez un courriel (en anglais), vous demandant de régler une caution par CB. Suite au règlement, vous recevez un nouveau courriel vous donnant les différents codes et procédures pour accéder à l'appartement et au garage. Tout est hyper sécurisé, c'est rassurant mais aucun contact humain même par téléphone (pas de réponse à nos différents messages). L'appartement est calme et agréable.messages tél CB
