L’appartement en lui même est très correct. Par contre, l’immeuble n’est pas insonorisé et ne semble pas entretenu. J’étais réveillé par les alarmes d’autres habitantes et l’odeur est insoutenable dans la cage d’escalier. Ce sont les gros bémols.
