Le Pré au Ruy - Thurins

In the countryside west of Lyon (Coteaux du Lyonnais region), this character gîte is located in the upper part of the village of Thurins. On ground floor of stone-built house also including owner's second home upstairs (separate access). The gîte is accessed via a little staircase (made of stone) leading to terrace. Character interior : stone walls, tiled or parquet floors, exposed beams, wooden furniture (wardrobe, clock, piano...). Raised ground floor : living room (dining area, kitchen area), hall (desk, wall cupboard including washing machine), lounge (double sofa bed) leading to large bedroom with 3 single beds (2 beds 80 cm large that can be joined to form queen-size bed on request + 1 bed 120 cm large). Small shower room. Separate Wc. Bed linen and household linen (dish towels) supplied free. On request : towels for hire, travel cot. Outdoors : small private terrace (adjoining, facing South) with garden furniture, sunshade, small garden with trees (unclosed), deck chairs. Stone barbecue (shared), parking opposite the gîte. Plateau d'Yzeron (leisure activities) 6.5 km, Zoo of Courzieu (raptors and wolves) 16.5 km.

The vacation home features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.
