"LA PERLE" is a furnished studio recently renovated, ideal for your short stay rentals in Lyon, business, tourism or if you are from Lyon and need a pied-à-terre for other personal reasons.
It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, double bed and single sofa bed (3 people maximum), and bathroom with beautiful contemporary shower, sink and WC.
The apartment is very well equipped: flat screen TV, WIFI internet, iron, hair dryer, and a washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner (shared with the other 3 apartments on the same floor). You will appreciate the ceiling fan in summer!
It is located in the city center, in the historic and very lively Capuchin district of Lyon: a stone's throw away are several cafes, restaurants, mini markets, shops and artists' workshops. At the top of the slopes is the Croix Rousse plateau with its famous market in particular, and below the Place des Terreaux with the Museum of Fine Arts, the Opera, rue de la République and its many shops going up to Place Bellecour.
The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guest
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,
