Please avoid yourself the pain

No one to welcome us or even get in the property. I was not communicated the codes to get in. Good thing someone who was exiting let me in. Never got the information to know which was my room and how to get the key. I had to find a cleaner to help me get my key because their ''autonomous checking-in'' is inefficient and communication is lacking.

Une très bonne nuit malgré qq couacs

L'établissement est très propre, calme, la décoration soignée, la literie de qualité. Par contre quelques petits axes d'améliorations : mettre des piles dans la télécommande de la télé, refixer le robinet de la salle de bain, mettre à disposition des oreillers supplémentaires, ajouter une poignée à la porte de la SdB, des rideaux occultants aux fenêtres et revoir les modalités d'accès avec les sites hôtes. Les problèmes de transmission des codes d'accès ont été très rapidement et facilement réglés grâce à la gentillesse à la fois de l'électricien présent sur place et du responsable contacté.

Hotel tres bruyant, dans ma chambre le lavabos avait une fuite au niveau du syphon , donc pas pu l'utiliser. Pas pratique pour se laver les mains ou les dents dans la douche. Traces de mains sales sur les murs. plaintes poussiéreuses. Même si le prix est resonable le menage reste a désirer.

Le séjour s est très bien passé. Très bien adapté à mon besoin ponctuel d une nuit. Chambre très propre. À propos de la réservation pourquoi la taxe de séjour n est elle pas prélevée en même temps que la réservation. Le message adressé pour la taxe créé de la confusion. Qui plus est l absence de paiement de la taxe bloque les codes d accès à l hôtel.

Je n'ai pas reçu les éléments par mail. Du coup je ne savais pas où il fallait laisser les clés en partant donc je les ai mises dans le boîtier à côté de la porte de la chambre. Sinon ok. J'ai apprécié le sèche cheveux et le gel douche shampoing ainsi yla literie, la climatisation.

En arrivant j’ai la surprise de me retrouver dehors.. j appelle pas de réponse, je sonne pas de réponse. Je rappelle et ça y est Qqn répond. Je me trompe de portail de parking.. on m envoie les codes que j’étais sensée avoir reçu en amont (que je n ai pas reçu) bref chaotique et la chambre ben des traces suspectes sur la table de chevet de gras ou de vaseline?? Pas super propre et pas de savon comme promis.. bref c t juste une halte pour une hospitalisation en amont donc ..

Aucune informations par mail avant mon arrivée. Échange par téléphone pour connaître les codes d’accès et mon numéro de chambre. Les photos sur le site ne reflète pas du tout la réalité. Chambre de qualité médiocre, trace de peinture, tache au plafond, poussières, porte salle bain abimé etc…aucun personnel présent et de plus je ne comprend pas pourquoi paye 110€ de plus qu’un collègue qui a loué au même période pour la même durée !!!! A fuir
