Great location, modern rooms in a period property

Beautiful property, we had a lovely room that was modern and comfortable. Stuart and James made us excellent breakfasts and have a lovely dog that gives hugs! We found the parking is extremely tight, so a bit hard for larger cars. Location was great for walking around Lynmouth and close to the route down to Lynton also!

A Warm and friendly welcome greeted us on arrival at the property. Pleasant hosts throughout the whole of the week. A good selection of breakfast items served on a daily basis, all well organised.
