Apartment 10, Fisherman's View is a beautiful two bedroom holiday home, which can comfortably sleep up to four guests. The pet friendly holiday apartment in Lynmouth, North Devon enjoys wonderful sea views over Lynmouth Bay, which are best enjoyed from the apartment's private terrace.
Apartment 10 can be found on the ground floor of the Lynmouth Holiday Apartment's building, which is accessible via either the stairs or internal lift. Split over two floors, the apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout with neutral tones and is a great retreat for relaxing or getting out and exploring the local area. On the entrance level floor of the apartment there is a good sized open plan living area, which features a well equipped kitchen, fitted with an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen is the dining table, which can comfortable seat up to four. At the far end of the living area and boasting stunning sea views is the lounge, which has a comfy sofa, a wood burning stove and a TV. Double doors open from the living area onto a private patio with outdoor table and chairs perfect for alfresco dinners or watching the sunset. Also, on this level of the apartment is a family bathroom, which has a shower, a WC and a wash basin.
On the first floor of Apartment 10 are two good sized bedrooms, these both have zip and link beds, which allow guests the flexibility to choose between a king size double or two full size single beds. Bedroom one also has it's own private en-suite bathroom, which is fitted with a shower, a wash basin and a WC.
At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including; Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience. Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge. Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire. Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time.
