Beach View, one bedroom luxury apartment in Lynmouth

Located in the pretty seaside village of Lynmouth is Beach View, a couple friendly, one bedroom holiday apartment. The luxury, ground floor holiday apartment, which comfortably sleeps up to two guests welcomes dogs and is open all year round for those looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of Exmoor National Park but remain within easy access of North Devon's popular beaches and attractions; Somerset with its pretty villages, rugged coastline and stunning scenery is also within easy reach.

Beach View has an open plan living area, which opens out on to a good sized private patio that has views over the harbour and ocean beyond. The interior of the apartment is bright and modern. The living area is split into a comfy lounge with a sofa, a Smart TV and a wood-burning stove; a small dining area with a table to seat two and a well-equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a coffee machine. The bedroom features a zip and link bed, which allows it to be set up as either a king size double or a twin. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead.

Each apartment has a designated off-road car parking space and a footpath leads directly from the apartment building to the village of Lynmouth, where guests will discover a wide range of pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as a small selection of shops.

Please note for groups of up to six, Beach View can be booked alongside the neighbouring apartment Watersmeet View, which is a lovely two bedroom apartment.

At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience. 
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.
Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire.
Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist
Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area. 
Hampers – Breakfast or Walking hampers, prepared locally.
Extras – Pet biscuits, poo bags and walking maps. EV charger. Train transfer. Mini-bus hire.
Adventures – Our local connections means that we can organise discounted trips, Exmoor trails, water-sports and many more, just ask the team.
