Real home from home

We chose this guest house because of the excellent reviews. We were not let down, it was exceptional. Everything we wanted and more! Very nice hosts, very clean room with all we wanted. A surprisingly full breakfast that was fresh and tasty. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Lymington and if we return this will be our accommodation.

Great place to stay at a good price

Lovely place, very welcoming. Everything was explained to me on arrival, couldn't have been more helpful. Room was very clean and had all i needed for my stay. didn't have breakfast as I had an early start. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you.

“ Truly Scrumptious” weekend break away!

First rate hotel- spotlessly clean large rooms with home comforts and comfortable bed. We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. An example was a request for gluten free breakfast was made a perfect fried GF tasty sausage! We are looking forward to returning as we rate 10 out of 10!

L'étape à Highfield Coach House lors de notre voyage à vélo s'est parfaitement déroulée. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. Des articles de toilette étaient à disposition. Fantastic Highview coach house

We received a lovely greeting - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed and very nice on suite. They provided everything & more what needed, kettle, selection of teas, coffe, sugar, biscuits and a daily chocolate each. We would highly recommend

Great location and lovely accommodation

Comfortable clean room with great bed and lots of complimentary toiletries. Fully stocked tray with teas, coffees and biscuits replenished each day. Service was amazing and so helpful. Great secure parking and proximity to Lymington town which had great shops, bars and restaurants. The Saturday market was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back for another visit.

Big bathroom and well equipped room.

I was expecting a small room, as it was advertised at 6sqm. However, it had all the amenities I needed and, much to my surprise, the sizeable, well equipped bathroom was not included in their measurements. I was delighted with the room as a result. Obviously it would be very tight for a couple, but fine for a single person.

Beautiful room

Comfy, safe and clean room with excellent tea tray snacks and bathroom accessories. Only mention if light sleeper to bring ear plugs, walls a bit thin and plumbing heard from other rooms.

Personally met in the car park by Fraser who offered the EV charger at a small cost for our car. He explained how the key card and door entry system worked and helped with the luggage. Also escorted us to our room and said he would be contactable if we had any queries. Recommended a taxi service to us by a local company. Offered us an upgrade and breakfast if we wanted. Room and en suite, bright, modern and clean. Within walking distance of the high street. Quiet location and good off street parking. Excellent service.
