Luzerner Alps Vacation Packages

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast! Really, really amazing! The rest was not good. The location is central and close to many things, but the road outside the building is super noisy. We did not have a window in our room - it was a door to a shared balcony, and it was very weird hearing other guests hang out there. Since there was no AC and it was super hot, we had to sleep with a slightly open balcony door and a window to get some air but it was super noisy and we did not get good sleep at all. It honestly felt like a student dorm with this sharing style. We paid appx.750usd per night, which is extremely overpriced for what we were getting. If I were to come back to Lucerne, I would try to stay at a hotel with a lake view for a more peaceful sleep. All in all, i believe there are better hotels in Lucerne than this one.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at, the attention to detail on the rooms is insane. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Just has a weak AC but I’ll blame that on the Europe heatwave

The hotel was fine, although our room was smal for the price for 4 people. Biggest problem was no air conditioning during a record heat wave, so we entered a 35° room, with fans aimed at both sides of our space. The breakfast was excellent, and we all ate a hearty meal.
