We were greeted by very friendly staff. They told us about the area and hotel facilities. The hotel is conveniently located a block from the train station and is about two blocks from the Chapel Bridge. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The location is perfect is very centrally located. The place is very very clean. The staff is very cordial professional. The breakfast is very abundant. Excellent. There’s a lot of different variety of food like I mentioned very safe. Everything is in walking distance all the shopping and many restaurants and tourist places to go and visit I highly recommend this place is really really good.

This hotel was a dream come true. Faro the manager and Jessica at the front desk treated us like gold. The breakfast was great. The room had the most amazing view. The fitness center wasn’t open yet, but Faro showed it to us and they all of the best equipment. We will return to Wengen again thanks to our wonderful experience.

My room was very clean and very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is very close to the train station and sights in Luzern. The station has 2 small supermarkets, fast food shops, etc. I am so glad that I chose this hotel and will surely choose this again without hesitation.
