Staff very friendly and even though the spoke very little English we were able to communicate adequately. The beds were terrible, very hard. The rooms very small had to wiggle to get around the bed to go to the bathroom. No place to open luggage unless it was on the bed. 2days of meetings -very glad to move on to another hotel due to beds and lack of sleep

Being a Mercure hotel I expected something else, to say the truth. The room was really small, almost no space to put your suitcase. It was clean and recently renovated, shower was also ok, wifi working well, but no real feeling of comfort could come up due to the size of the room. There is free car parking in front of the hotel, and it is a bit away from the city centre. I don’t think I would come back, mainly because of the room size.

The hotel is as advertised. The staff are very accommodating. The room was basic but had all the necessary. The self-service breakfast was substantial and well stocked, although with a large group, the coffee was slow in refilling. Dining area was nice and the food in the restaurant was very nice.

I got a room in this hotel for a biking event in the neighborhood. Rooms are rather small but the beds are OK. Bathroom is basic but it has what it needs. Breakfast is OK, we got pasta one morning in preparation of our biking trip. The restaurant serves good food for a reasonable price.

The room is good value for money. Also the breakfast was very good. A little minor was the service. Bowls and spoons were not replenished and you had to look for personnel to get these items. There were not on their post.

We stopped at this hotel on our way from Basel, Switzerland to Paris, France ( two adults and Two children ages 8 and 11). It was in a small quiet town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly even with our lack French speaking abilities. When we return next year we will most definitely be staying here again.

This hotel does what it promises to do.It is a 3 star hotel giving the correct value for the money. Bathroom with bath tub, no fancy interior but clean and handy. WiFi (free) worked properly. You can choose the restaurant or pizzeria (open as from 1800hr). The pizza was really good. Room a bit noisy (noise from other guests entering/leaving the room), but I did get a good night sleep.

personnel mediocre, poor hotel, not very honest prices, firendlyness personnell, sad breakfast. spending some days here for businnes, and after a couple of days I realized price was 40% more expensive: The manager was not honest; and even disagreeable.

The hotel is pretty average for the prices it charges. We have stayed at many Accor hotels and usually feel you get value for money. This is expensive and should be charging Ibis rates. We paid for a superior room and extra for breakfast......not worth the money. Disappointing though we had a very nice meal in town at 'Pomme D'Or, worth trying, good food. Very reasonable

Much as you would expect from a chain of hotels. Very clean and tidy and to a standard layout. Nice to have a choice of brasserie or restaurant to eat in. We chose the restaurant and had a set menu which worked out better value than eating in the brasserie. Make sure you try something that's been made with the local griottines cherries- yum. The local Luxeuil ham is very good too. What makes a difference at this hotel are the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile. The young lady on the front desk was especially nice. If you want to explore the town it's just a pleasant walk away.
