Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Despite doing all necessary paperwork and paying in advance for cleaning we were not given access to the property and had to pay for other accommodation. There has been no replies to any of the many communications made by me. This is dreadful way to treat us. A full refund plus cleaning fee needs to be made
