Nice apartment on the edge of the old town

You live in a newly renovated apartment in a house from 1920 on the ground floor (mezzanine floor) right on the edge of the old town in a residential area. The house is very central but quiet in a park.

The apartment has a separate entrance, which you can reach through our apartment and which is lockable. Your accommodation consists of 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room there is a cozy corner sofa with a TV and DVD player, a closet full of board games and a dining area.

In the bedroom you have a 1.80 mx 2.00 m bed and a closet for your things. Of course, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

An extra bed with 1.40 x 2.00 meters (folding bed) can be made in the open living area for a maximum of 2 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove with 2 hobs, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink as well as the most important things for cooking (spices, oil, ...). The bathroom has a shower and washing machine + dryer (for a fee of 2 euros each).

For you there is a coffee machine with coffee at your disposal.

The apartment includes a parking space in the yard and 2 bicycles.

Please note: You can reach your apartment via the hallway of our apartment. But don't worry, we don't mind. :-)

Luthers Hochzeit

Sehr nah am Stadtkern gelegen. Etwas dunkel die Zufahrt. Ungewöhnlich über eine Wohnung zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung selber ist top. Alles stimmig, neu und wertig. Wir würden selber so eine Wohnung sofort mieten. Ein kleines Malheur war, das wir keinen Nachnamen hatten und nicht wussten, wo wir klingeln sollen. Aber das sind kleine Schmunzler am Ende. Es war sehr sehr schön. Auch die Hochzeit im Stadtkern. Ein Fest, welches man mal erlebt haben sollte. Danke für alles.
