The proximity to the mall (being only feet away) and it being central to many areas in the city were great. The staff was very attentive and helpful as well when it came to helping with rides. While the complementary breakfast was good, I was not a huge fan of dinner.

Never booking again!

My stay was terrible, the towels were old and dirty looking. The TV remote wasnt working and when i asked for a battery replacement, they brought old used dead batteries to replaced the dead batteries in the remote. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. I left mid breakfast and went to Radisson to have a proper breakfast. They had contractors fixing blinds at the entrance and there was no health and safety precautions in place. They were literally telling people to walk under the scaffolding. I am sticking to Radisson or Sarovar. If you are there on the weekends, its absolutely a crowded arena for every tom, dick and harry. Never going back there.

After decades of travel to Zambia...what a disaster - from housekeeping to room service that takes hours, you wake up thirsty wanting something to drink you are told to come downstairs to use a vending machine, to basics missing at breakfast, to noise in the parking lot as they are in a communal location so prepare to be kept awake and then woken up again by praise and worship services singing and university youngsters rage partying in adjacent lot all night, then there is the loud birthday parties in the lobby, and most disappointingly a totally disinterested management who took no accountability or made no effort to rectify the issues - even after being called by our head office who was concerned about the living conditions that the team were experiencing. The biggest mistake was not paying attention to the other reviews which say the same thing, dirty and noisy and awful standards. Great location for locals to take selfies and LEAVE. A "hotel"? No. Stick to the established brands until this hotel releases that they are in the SERVICE industry. Never again.
