Are you looking for a quiet retreat? Then Villa Ucka is just right for you! This family villa, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is located in the middle of a beautiful landscape. The villa offers relaxation and tranquillity, yet is only a short drive away from the bustling tourist center of Opatija. The property has a private pool. Next to the pool there are sun loungers as well as a terrace with a dining table and a charcoal grill where you can prepare a delicious meal. Dinner with a pool view is sure to be one to remember. Our youngest guests will certainly enjoy the children's playground the most. The interior has been stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. You can simply feel at home in the stylish interior of the villa! On the first floor there are two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, which is connected to a cozy dining and living area with a gallery. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace, which is the perfect place for your morning coffee. Spend your dream vacation in Villa Ucka! Villa Ucka is located in a small authentic village called Brest pod Uckom in a very quiet location, near the protected nature park of Mount Ucka. We recommend you to visit the "Pearl of the Adriatic" which is only a short drive from the villa. Opatija is located just below the mountain Ucka which is ideal for a hiking tour. You can find many beautiful beaches in this area and relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. The region is known for its cuisine and there are many good restaurants nearby. If you are an adrenaline lover, visit the largest water park in Europe - Istralandia. Medieval towns such as Motovun, Groznjan and Buzet are worth a visit. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes. Ruhig und mit nur einem angrenzenden Grundstück, welches dank der Begrünung nicht einsehbar ist. Der lückenlose Zaun um das Gelände ist um die 1,2 Meter, teilweise bewachsen und fügt sich unauffällig in die Landschaft ein. Man kann dank dessen beruhigt seinen Hund frei laufen lassen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Auch im Voraus war die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen Details der geschmackvollen Dekoration und Einrichtung, die Vielzahl an Pflanzen, die Architektur, sowie die Anordnung des Hauses, Poolhauses und Pools, letzteres ist übrings groß genug um mit zwei Kindern Spaß zu haben. In Lupoglav gibt es einen kleinen Laden in dem man das nötigste kaufen kann. Nächster größerer Markt ist in Buzet, ohne Maut, gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet um Istrien und alles um die Kavarner-Bucht zu erkunden. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft um sich mit zwei Kindern und einem großen Hund wohl zu fühlen.

Die Villa und das Grundstück sind ein echtes Paradies.

Die Villa und das Grundstück sind ein echtes Paradies. Hier kann man eine wunderschöne Zeit verbringen und die Ruhe genießen. Alles ist sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Man merkt, dass hier die Eigentümer das Objekt persönlich betreuen. Auch unser Hund konnte dank vollständiger Umzäunung das große Grundstück jederzeit alleine erkunden und sich auf einem der zahlreichen Schattenplätze ausruhen. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Teenagern und Hund eine Woche in der Villa und können diese absolut empfehlen.
