We found this place by chance and were glad we did. It was lovely! Our room was very spacious and there was a common kitchen for cooking which we took advantage of as there was a grocery store close by (short drive but would have been walkable). Lots of character. The couch in our bedroom was a bit shabby but we spent our time downstairs visiting with other guest and the manager.

Fascinating and alluring

This place is fascinating. If you're looking for a stay in a modern luxury resort this is not for you. If you want a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with the sense of old danish 'country nobility' in the lower end, you really shouldn't pass on this opportunity. It's not overwhelming. It's just the right amount.

Bad experience

No staff available for check-in, but we're called with information about room number. No door lock but only a hasp to close from inside. We had to put bed linens ourselves. Shared toilet and bath. Glasses in the kitchen were not well cleaned (we were warned by other guests). No TV. Shared toilet and bath. Water filling up the cistern very slowly.

Relaxing stay in objerggaard

Beautiful house and grounds, great location to get around all of south zealand. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean. Great selection of food served for breakfast, with fresh fruit every morning - perfect for the sunny days spent down there. Hosts Bruno and team were attentive to any need and friendly.

A beautiful, comfortable place to stay.

What a beautiful place to stay. So peaceful. The house is super. We received a warm welcome from Jacob and his wife. We were shown round the areas that we were welcome to use, which included a wonderful, old library. There is a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, which we found very useful, and there are facilities for preparing your own meals. The grounds are lovely and there is plenty of parking. Our bed was so comfy. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice, from fruit, yoghurt, meats and cheeses, soft boiled eggs, warm bread and jams. All delicious. We would certainly stay again.

Skuffende oplevelse

Da vi ankom var der til vores store overraskelse ikke sengelinned eller håndklæder på vores værelse - hvilket vi havde tjekket hjemmefra, men der stod ikke nogle steder, at det skulle medbringes. Da jeg gjorde opmærksom på det i receptionen, blev jeg mødt med mistillid over, at det ikke fremgik på Hotels. Receptionisten kunne dog ikke selv finde det, da han skulle modbevise mig... Det kostede os 149 kr. person. Jeg har stadig ikke modtaget kvittering, der blev lovet på sms, selvom jeg har bedt om det flere gange. Dertil var der ikke morgenmad på vores "Bed & Breakfast", som det var blevet solgt som. Der blev dog hentet et franskbrød og lidt pålæg, fordi nogle andre gæster havde protesteret over den manglende morgenmad på et B&B. Det fremgik også på annoncen, at der var køkken, hvilket der heller ikke var. Alle udbygningerne - som jo er førstehåndsindtrykket og skaber herregårdsstemning - var under "renovation", hvilket vil sige, at de var ved at falde sammen. Værelset var fint, men sammenholdt med manglende sengelinned og morgenmad (som forventes på et B&B) samt manglende servicesind og faldefærdige udbygninger var oplevelsen desværre noget skuffende.

It’s a hostel, not a hotel

What a waste of 1500 dkk!!? The room had no bathroom. It was a shared bathroom like hostel! You had to bring your own bed sheets or buy for 149 dkk per person! It should be categorized as a hostel and not a hotel. It came as 3 stars in hotels. Com, which is crap. Never going back
