This award-winning Minergie-P house, recognised in various architectural publications, offers the ideal retreat for individuals, couples, families and small groups looking for peace and quiet as well as proximity to nature and culture. Be inspired by the variety of possibilities this area has to offer in every season.

Inside Casa Edda, you will find a spacious living area with an impressively well-equipped kitchen including a long dining table for ten people, as well as a spacious living room with an incomparable view of the Pez Regina through the large panoramic window and a cosy soapstone stove. A small grand piano is available for musicians.
On the upper floor, two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, as well as their own bathroom/shower, desk and fitted wardrobes, offer privacy and peace and quiet. On the ground floor is the multifunctional room, equipped with three 1.4 metre wide wardrobe beds and its own bathroom. You can decide whether you want to use it as a bedroom, yoga room, meditation room or playroom.

The outdoor area invites you to linger with two garden seating areas and fire pits.
A garage offers space for a car and sports equipment. If required, a second car can be parked in the garage forecourt. There is a direct entrance to the house from the garage.

This property was beautifully maintained and architecturally unique. We felt like we were a part of the close and authentic Romanch community of Lumbrein. This is not on the tourist map - which we appreciated. The hiking from the house was beautiful. The check-in process was easy and the communication with the team was great. The kitchen was well stocked.The only piece of information that I would share is that the beds were not very comfortable (futon-style) and close to the ground. There was no handrail along the stairs. This could be a safety issue for older/disabled travelers.I would love to return to this property and stay for a month! Many thanks.
