Tutto perfetto. Ma più controllo sulla pulizia

L'appartamento è situato in pieno centro storico di Lumio, in posizione arroccata e immersa in una piccola via storica del borgo. La vista dall'appartamento è magnifica. L'appartamento è piccolo, ma dopo poco ci si abitua agli spazi ed è piacevole. In coppia è perfetto, in famiglia un po' meno dato che aprendo il divano letto lo spazio si riduce molto. Il parcheggio è nella piazza della Chiesa di Lumio, ci sono pochi posti auto, ma noi siamo stati ad Agosto e l'ho trovato tutti i giorni senza problemi. In appartamento trovate tutto il necessario per una vacanza: cucina dotata di tutti gli strumenti e condimenti (olio, sale, spezie, ecc...), culla per bimbi, lenzuola e asciugamani, asciugacapelli, necessario per le pulizie domestiche, inoltre avete a disposizione sedie da mare, ombrellone, maschera, borsa mare e stuoie. Il Wi-Fi funziona molto bene. In sintesi la vacanza presso questo appartamento è stata piacevole. C'è stato solo un problema: la pulizia della casa al nostro arrivo. La proprietaria (che non si trova in zona, le chiavi al vostro arrivo e alla vostra partenza vanno prese e riconsegnate ad una persona di fiducia presso al Bar del paese) chiede agli ospiti di pulire l'appartamento quando termina il soggiorno. Purtroppo pare che lo stato della casa non venga controllato , tutto si basa sulla fiducia e l'onestà degli ospiti prima di voi. Nel nostro caso i precedenti ospiti non hanno minimamente pulito nulla, lasciando il pavimento della casa pieno di polvere, sabbia, capelli e briciole. Cucina e stoviglie lavate sommariamente, bagno sporchissimo, con ciuffi di capelli sullo scarico della doccia e water con dentro ancora la carta igienica e peli. Quindi, oltre a pulire alla nostra partenza, abbiamo dovuto pulire per 2 ore al nostro arrivo lo sporco degli altri! Considerate le regole della proprietaria sarebbe opportuno e necessario verificare lo stato della casa quando questa viene lasciata dagli ospiti, perché non è ammissibile che per colpa della maleducazione altrui debbano rimetterci persone serie che vogliono godersi la vacanza.
