Nice flat with great views

The flat is nice and has everything you need also for small children. The position of the venue is not what exactly is shown on the map on the ad, if you have a pram it's not so smooth going to the sandy beach,it takes around 15 minutes min. The house is very close to the sea, just at 100 m max and you can hear the sea from the small terrace in which you can have a great meal with the sea breaze.

A due passi dal mare

I punti di forza dell'appartamento sono la vista (splendido tramonto) e la posizione immersa nella vegetazione mediterranea e vicinissima al mare (di notte se ne sente il rumore). L'appartamento è gradevole, anche se il letto a 1 piazza e 1/2 è piccolo. Comodo che ci siano lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, solo ventilatori. La mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre è il punto di debolezza. Necessario esprimersi in francese per comunicare con la proprietà.
