The Space



Step into a home that is bright, clean, and functional. It features a fresh aesthetic with wainscoting and timber-look flooring, designed to be easy to live in.



The Living Room is simple and comfortable, featuring a fabric sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV on a timber unit for your evening entertainment. The area is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner to keep you comfortable in all seasons.



The Dining Area flows from the living space and features a wooden table and chairs, offering plenty of room for family meals. For those traveling with a baby, a high chair and portacot are conveniently provided.



The Kitchen is practical and well-equipped with a full-size oven, stovetop, and ample timber bench space. You'll find everything you need for self-catering, plus a dedicated Nespresso-style coffee machine with a milk frother to start your mornings right.



The home features three comfortable Bedrooms.



The Bathroom is simple and functional, including a vanity, a chrome heated towel rail, a toilet, a bathtub, and an overhead shower. A separate Laundry nook houses a convenient front-loading washing machine.



Outdoor Features: The real highlight is the proximity to the coast. An access path just a short walk away makes it easy to enjoy the sand and water. Guests can also enjoy the outdoors with a patio area featuring an outdoor dining setting.

A car is recommended for exploring the area. The property offers convenient off-street parking for up to 2 cars. George Town is a short drive away for supplies and local attractions. Launceston and its airport are approximately an hour's drive from Lulworth.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property.
