"The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. As multiple time return guest we got a bottle of red wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and a little cheese tray. It always makes us feel special. The pool is outstanding and with the small size of the hotel it never seems crowded. The staff is AMAZING! We arranged an excursion to Isla Majeures through their travel consultant in the lobby and it went off perfectly. Couldn't be happier. We have stayed there at least one or two weeks a year for the last 8 - 9 years. We will continue to do that indefinitely. We love the place."

"The staff is courteous from check in with a welcome to paradise drink through the checkout process. The resort is immaculately kept and the staff has pride in the facility.
