Rund um eine perfekte Wohnung…. einziges Minus sind die Schlafliegen die für Maschinen…. also Männer ab 110kg+ nicht wirklich bequem sind…. Ausblick 1A* nicht zu toppen….

Traumhafte Aussicht!
Insgesamt waren die Informationen von Fe-Wo und Interchalted sehr gut und hatte somit keinen "ach so?!" oder "wie jetzt?" Moment. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host vor Ort war einwandfrei. Dass es leider die heißeste Woche des Jahres war, dafür konnte niemand etwas. Leider stand die Luft im Appartment jedoch. Sogar das Reindrücken kühler Morgenluft per Ventilatoren hatte nur einen sehr begrenzten Effekt. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gab, dann das ein Raum leider Schimmel an den Wänden hatte und für unser Kind als Schlafzimmer nicht nutzbar war. Der Host entschuldigte sich jedoch für den Umstand (bedauerte es sogar sehr und glaubhaft) und bot Alternativen an. Die Wände sind auch etwas dünn, so dass ein schreiendes Kind im Appartment unter uns, uns auch die eine und andere schlaflose Nacht brachte. Unterm Strich jedoch...Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für das Appartment an sich (ohne Schimmel natürlich) und der Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore ist absolut fair.

Schitterend uitzicht vanaf mooi ruim balkon .
Enige minpuntje is de inimini keuken , afzuiger deed het niet dus was erg warm tijdens het koken ... *Mobiele* airco zou een aanrader zijn in het appartement aangezien het de hele week 35/39⁰C was Verder prima verblijf gehad !!

Super Lage, Balkon und Ausblick; Wohnungsgröße eher für zwei Personen; bei Anfahrt ist
Wir waren zu zweit und haben die Wohnung wegen des Balkons und des Ausblicks gewählt. Die Fotos haben ihr Versprechen gehalten und beides war wirklich super. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10-15 Fahrminuten von Luino entfernt. Auf dem Weg liegt ein Restaurant und eine Cafe-Bar auch mit Waren für den täglichen Bedarf. Bei der Anfahrtstrecke ist auf dem letzten Abschnitt ein vorsichtiger Fahrstil gefragt - für tief liegende Fahrzeuge umso mehr. Die Wohnung war erwartungsgemäß nicht übermäßig groß - aber es war alles benötigte vorhanden. Durch die Panoramafenster konnte die Aussicht auch genossen werden, wenn es für den Balkon zu kalt war. Wunderschön! Die Möblierung ist etwas älter und die Polstermöbel schon etwas durchgesessen aber auf jeden Fall noch nutzbar. Die Wohnung bietet Betten für drei Personen. Optimal ist sie aus unserer Sicht aber für zwei Personen. Für uns insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - und wir würden die Wohnung wegen dem Balkon und dem Ausblick auf alle Fälle wieder buchen.

Toller Ausblick und eine gemütliche Wohnung
Nach einem herzlichen Empfang konnten wir die Wohnung beziehen. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist einfach herrlich. In der Küche haben wir gerne gekocht und beim Essen die Aussicht genossen. Anfang April war es teilweise sehr kühl in der Wohnung. Dennoch würde ich jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
