This is where the traditional Market with local produce is held each Wednesday and Saturday and is also the stage for the yearly Christmas Market. The apartment entrance is directly on Lüneburg's typical historical street lined with cafes, boutiques, and restaurants. Most of Lüneburg's historical sights are all within a 1-5 minute walk, as are multiple cafes, restaurants, bakeries, traditional cinemas, pubs, ATMs, banks, tourist information offices, department stores, and many shops. The apartment, a historical house built in the 16th century, was completely renovated in 2019. The building was built as a patrician house in 1597 and later housed various types of schools until extensive renovation works from 2015 to 2019.
