Adorable downtown apartment - city escape Lüneburg

This delightful apartment is located on the ground floor of a town house in the center of Lüneburg in a town house from 1895. This approx. 35 m² apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), dining area, living area, bedroom and a shower room.

We renovated and furnished the town house in 2017/2018 with great attention to detail.

The apartment is non-smoking. You can smoke outside the door in the courtyard passage. Pets are not allowed.
We source green electricity and heat climate-neutral with green gas. The apartment has state-of-the-art Nest smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes a coffee maker.

Propriété remarquable, très bien équipée de matériels neufs et d'excellente qualité. Située dans un quartier calme à proximité du centre et des principaux commerces (épicerie notamment) cet appartement est idéal pour la découverte de Lüneburg et des villes voisines (Hambourg, Brème, Lübeck).

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Diese entzückende Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, sodaß man das Stadtzentrum schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung standen leckere Kekse bereit und auch ein Adventskalender war vorhanden. Insgesamt also sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben eine saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Dank der Informationen im Vorfeld und der ausführlichen Beschreibung vor Ort haben wir uns sofort zurecht gefunden. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden von der Bettwäsche und Handtüchhern bis hin zum Regenschirm und Jutebeutel. Dort hing sogar ein Adventskalender (wo gibt´s denn sowas?). Die Wohnung hat eine ideale Lage, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist und wir unser Auto das ganze Wochenende stehen lassen konnten. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Danke für so eine tolle FeWo !
