Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, als Alleinreisende, die Größe der Wohnung mit der großzügigen Fensterfront mit dem Blick auf die Bäume, die ruhige Allee mit den schönen alten Villen. Sehr gemütlich die fensterhelle Sitzecke mit Blick in den Himmel und Kiefernbaum! Die Kochecke ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer läßt Helligkeit herein durch ein großes Milchglasfenster.Die gesamte Wohnung ist sauber und strahlt durch die Ausstattung Wärme aus.Der Vermieter, Herr Walther, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Ich kann diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in der Winterzeit bei Schnee und Kälte draußen.

Sehr schön, direkt am Strand . Den Balkon Richtung Strand hatte ich mir größer vorgestellt. War aber auch kein Problem, denn nachmittags war die Sonne eh auf der Rückseite beim anderen Balkon. Eine Kaffeemaschine für Filter und gemahlenen Kaffee wäre schöner gewesen und ist umweltfreundlicher. Zu überlegen wäre auch ein Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche. Ansonsten top

Urlaub in Travemünde und dann FeWo in der Kaiserallee

Es war wie jedes Mal wunderschön in Travemünde. Die herausragende Lage der Wohnung in der Kaiserallee wertet den Urlaub noch einmal mehr auf.Der Vermieter, Herrr Walther, ist nur zu loben; er kümmert sich stets zeitnah und zufriedenstellend um alles. Die Wohnung klein aber fein gefällt uns jedesmal wieder. Hiersind 5 Sterne für die Bewertung angebracht.

Schönes Appartement in 1a Lage

Es war wiederum jetzt im September 2024 ein gelungener Urlaub in Travemünde. Letztes Malwar es im Juni 2024. Das Appartement in der Kaiserallee hat die 1a Lage und bietet alles, was man als Urlauber braucht. Alle Beschreibungen der Unterkunft sind zutreffend und man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kleine Ferienwohnung in toller Lage mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage, Fahrstuhl. Die Fahrräder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten besser gewartet sein. Für kleine Touren reicht es und wir haben uns gefreut, dass wir schnell an den verschiedenen Orten waren.

Sehr nah zum Strand. Vermieter hatte Strandkorb bereits vorher gebucht. Wohnung sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Schön wäre, wenn auch am Bett eine Beleuchtung wäre, damit man noch lesen kann, bzw. nicht in der Dunkelheit herumlaufen muss.

Insgesamt war die Ferienwohnung gepflegt, leider, leider keine Kaffeemaschine, nur eine Kapsel Maschine. Für mich Alls Kaffee Trinkerin unzureichend. Das Backblech eine Zumutung, total verschmutzt.Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl.

Sehr gute Lage und eine schöne Wohnung

Die ideale Unterkunft für 2 Personen in Travemünde. Besonders hervorzuheben, ist die Sauberkeit im Objekt und die Möglichkeit der uneingeschränkten Fahrradnutzung inkl. Tiefgaragenstellplatz für das eigene Auto. Dazu die hervorragende Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Rad am Maritim (Strand) und somit schnell in der Innenstadt von Travemünde. Hinzukommt ein sehr netter, unkomplizierter Vermieter. Hat alles in allem Spaß gemacht. Eine Anmerkung für Buchende: Strandblick hat man nicht direkt da Balkon zur Strassenseite. Allerdings kann man vom Balkon am Haus vorbeischauen und den Strand, bzw. die Ostsee sehen.
