Beautiful Okemo Mountain Lodge Condo at Clocktower Base - Direct Ski Access
Located at the base of the A/B Quads at Okemo`s Clocktower, this ski on/ski off fully renovated condominium has one of the best locations on the mountain.
This home sleeps 6 - with a queen bed and set of twin bunkbeds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, perfect for a family or two couples to share.
Assigned parking, ski storage, WiFi and on-site laundry facilities (coin-operated) are a few more conveniences. Unit is located on the third floor, no elevator.
All fireplaces at the Okemo Mountain Lodge have been converted to electric inserts.
Properties listed as ski-in/ski-out access rely on mother nature and Okemo Mountain Operations snowmaking teams and lift access. Neither Inside Edge nor Property Owners can guarantee snow availability or lift operations.

SMOKING: SMOKING AND/OR VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. If parking passes are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in.
OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. The Guest who is responsible for booking the stay must remain present at the property for the duration of the stay.
PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. PARKING PASSES: If parking passes are required, they will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter`s expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.
CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.
FIREPLACE USAGE: If your property has a fireplace, usage is permitted. Please follow instructions posted in the unit. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace - this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.
INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, stove, coffee maker, televisions, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.
CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.
