Our stay
This property was not what we had hoped it would be. I'll start with the positives-nice new appliances and Netflix and TV's in every room. The beds were also comfortable. Overall we thought the listing made it look a lot nicer than it actually was. The place needs work aesthetically and should be fixed up. The issues we had during our stay were: there is no AC upstairs so it was hot to sleep up there, the stairs are poorly lit at night if the restroom needs to be used and the top railing was loose, back yard and deck were not very nice and we didn't utilize it, the back door was confusing to lock, window coverings weren't the most private throughout the house, exposed outlets, no garbage disposal, furniture was in poor condition(sofa super old and dining table table broken and chipped), and finally there was only one small garbage can with no lid to use for an entire week. We ended up cleaning garbage up at least 3 times from animals knocking it over.
