Nice deck for coffee or tea in the morning, and nightly gatherings and conversations. This is a duplex but the other unit is only used on occasion. Close to downtown Ludington for shopping, the museums, or ice cream at House of Flavors! Three museums - Sandcastles Childrens Museum, Port of Ludington Maritime Museum, and the Mason County Historical Society.
