The chair in the room has stains. I did not use it. When I first tried to shower, there was no hot water. Had to call the plumber. The tissue paper and toilet paper ran out quickly. Staff at front at bottom entrance and at check in were great. Manager at cafe delish did not do well when I came to eat before dinner buffet on Nov 22. I wanted to order off menu. He ignored me. It took 15 minutes for someone to help me.
