I went there and enjoyed a lot cuz its not a motel its more than that it has all the facilities that a motel should have. And i seriously recommend to everyone to visit once not because of the looks but this hotel is loyal to their customers too.

It is the second property from the group that I've been to. Earlier I visited Golden Tulip in Punchkula and Golden Tulip in Lucknow kept up to the good expectations. The staff at the reception desk was polite and I was checked in to my room within no time. The restaurant of the hotel has good ambience and amazing food. The Chicken Biriyani I had there was one of the best I've had so far. Keep up the good work people!!

We arrived very late at night as the train from Delhi was quite delayed. We were pleasantly surprised when the manager said he was giving us a complimentary room upgrade, for which we were extremely grateful. We learned from a fellow train passenger that the Golden Tulip hotel chain is well regarded by Indian businessmen and that seemed to be largely the clientele at this hotel. We had a wonderful stay at the Golden Tulip, appreciating the spacious room, comfortable bed and the fine restaurant where we enjoyed many fine meals. It is challenging to come and go in the area as the construction of the new metro system has traffic even more chaotic than is typical in India. Sadly, most Westerners bypass Lucknow, which is a shame as there is much to do and see here. We picked the Golden Tulip based on its proximity to the train station, but discovered a great place from which to explore the city.

Our first trip to Lucknow was made complete by staying at Golden Tulip. The rooms, food, locational advantage and not to mention the ever helping staff made the stay pleasant and remains etched in our memories of the trip. The hotel rooms and amenities stood by every word mentioned in their business website. For sure, the chef can take on any of the reputed culinary joints of Lucknow and come out in flying colours.

Hi Yusuf, Wanted to especially thank you for the amazing experience that I got because of all your support. You are a star and also thank the entire team including the chef for everything. Look forward to seeing you again. Thanks, Keerti and Anupam

Very nice and comfortable stay.Staff behaviour is good but some disturbance during arrival due to metro work. Our check-in experience was made great by the staff especially Mayank. Some people are really an asset for this hotel.I had an awesome time with my family at this hotel.Keep it up.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 Nights Hotel is centrally Located but some disturbance due to metro work going on but overall its a great property staff is very courteous and polite check in was very smooth and they upgraded my room without any cost, buffet breakfast was also very nice with many options. There are couple of things need to be improved AC doesn't work good what ever temperature u set it will run only on 22 degree i don't know what is this and how it is controlled and secondly room refrigerators are also not good rest everything is perfect, housekeeping reception every one is ready to help.

The hotel property is good, although seemed slightly overpriced for the facilities. However one point worth mentioning is the courteous staff. I’m unable to recollect the name of the concierge manager when I checked out early in the morning, but he was extremely courteous and helpful. He was dedicated to his work and was also prompt. Thanks a lot!! Please pass on my regards to the guy Who was the manager on the early morning of 16th Feb!! Things such as these bring the travelers back to the hotel even if it’s overpriced.

I was here with my wife and daughter during our 3 nights stay in the beautiful city of Lucknow. We celebrated our anniversary over there. Initially I had booked a deluxe room in the heritage wing of the hotel but as we arrived there the hotel staff at the reception informed us about their club room in the new building. This was supposed to be better than the deluxe room as I was informed that I need to pay a bit more in order to stay in the club room which I agreed to pay but finally they waived it off (a good gesture) as I was a bit dissatisfied with the amenities. I was a bit dissapointed during my 3N/4D stay in their club room. Few points people need to know while booking this hotel. 1. The bathroom/wc does not have any locking arrangement. Specially uncomfortable with kids along with you. 2. The thermostat of the central a.c. is set at about 22-23 degree centigrade. Though they have a separate a.c. controller which is of no use if you need your room to be cooler than 22 degree. At times you feel suffocated as the windows are non openable type. 3. If you are a late riser and want to have a late bath then you might be surprised by the fact that the hot water does not run all the time. Had to complain thrice and got it done after almost 2 hours. Thankful to Mr. Tabish for that. 4. The pool water was not clean and was not temperature controlled. 5. The road in front of the hotel is practically blocked due to on going construction of Lucknow Metro. Few good things about the hotel: 1. The staff if the hotel were polite and helpful. 2. Location wise convenient though the metro work is going on. 3. Break fast was good. Though they could include more continental dishes. 4. Rooms were big - though there isn't enough space to keep your luggage in case you are travelling with 2 or more lugguages. 5. Newspaper at the door in the morning was nice. Overall I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 as I had few bad experiences with the a.c. and hot water.

We stayed here for 3 nights from Christmas Eve. The hotel is good value and the Christmas Eve buffet dinner was outstanding (16 dessert options!). The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is central. However, central Lucknow is currently being dug up to install a metro line so there's a lot of noise, pollution and disruption.
