Only 5 'from the Lucca historic city center and 25' from the sea. Come and live with us; enjoy our olive trees, the house with a private garden and a barbecue, discover our private forest and the live the life style away from the working rhythm. Available to guests we have a private parking area for the car.
Sunnyside is an independent house with a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with the kitchen and a small laundry room.

- Kitchen: we have everything need to cook or have breakfast. There is a teapot, a toaster, a kettle, a large fridge with freezer, a multifunctional oven and all other necessities.
- Bathroom: there is a shower, a sink, a mirror and a bidet.
- Bedroom: there is a king size bed with memory foam mattress, a closet, a dresser, a large mirror and a Smart TV of 52 ".
