Shop, supermarket, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Lubmin Seebad" 700 m, sandy beach 100 m, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Wohnung in top Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Ostsee liegt nur ein paar Meter entfernt und man kann diese vom Esszimmer und vom Balkon genießen! Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls in der Villa , sind sehr nett und alles verlief total unkompliziert. Greifswald , Usedom und Rügen sind von Lubmin aus gut zu erreichen! Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und möchten auch gerne nochmal wieder kommen!
