This immaculately renovated townhome is ready for a new owner. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a bonus room that could be used as a 4th bedroom, there are tons of extras! This property has been touched from floor to ceiling, with new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, new kitchen and bathroom countertops and tile surrounds, and jet black appliances! Not to forget LED lighting throughout. The front area is secluded with a private entrance, and there is a atrium in the rear of the property for a perfect patio area or garden. The fireplace will keep you warm in the cold months, and has great mantle space for Christmas decor! The master bedroom is huge and showcases a large en suite. The laundry room is full size, and enough space for storage and folding. The area comes with bonuses as well, including a dog park, basketball court, and green belt in the rear! The HOA covers all of your yard work!
