On Læsø, you will find this unique cannon house from 1777, which, with its rich history and distinctive architecture, has become one of the island's most photographed buildings. The house bears stories of the island's midwife and an artist who has left his mark on the place with handmade leaded windows and unique ornaments.



Inside, you will encounter an authentic atmosphere where originality has been preserved with respect for the soul of the house. The old rafters, constructed from former ship masts and beams, are now visible and create a very special character in the rooms. The new roof has provided better ceiling height without compromising the historical appearance of the house.
