You can reach the apartment with a short trip from the nearby airport. Use the Pool or free parking in that secured Bulding complex and enjoy your holidays. The Dutch Side of this Island offers you many bars, clubs, restaurants and many opportunities for activities like boat trips, snorkelling, diving and different kinds of other watersports. Try it and have a great vacation!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Adventura. It's about a 10 min walk from the beach and a 4 min walk from the grocery store. The condo is well equipped and we made all of our meals there. The place is clean and the bed is comfortable. We felt safe in the area. Air conditioning worked well to keep the place cool. We agree with another review that the futon should be replaced as the springs are coming through. We had to cut our stay short due to the Covid-19 virus and we greatly appreciated the credit the owner gave us towards a stay in the future. We hope to return next year.

Place was exactly like the pictures. The kitchen had everything you needed. All fixtures and appliances were in excellent working order. People in the complex were very friendly and it was a safe area. My only issues were the cleaners forgot to show up before our arrival and the futon could use replacing as the springs were starting to come through. All in all we had a great time at this address and would go again.

L'appartement a été très bien rénové. La résidence est bien sécurisée. L'endroit est calme, on peut manger sur le roof top, lorsqu'il ne pleut pas La literie est bonne dans la chambre, par contre, le canapé lit mériterait d'être changé, le lit n'est pas confortable. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver le logement, car apparement le quartier est neuf et les locaux ne connaissent pas le lieu. Heureusement, , monsieur Lemaître s'est déplacé le soir de notre arrivée, le 24 décembre, pour nous accueillir dans l'appartement, car le portail pour les piétons ne fonctionnait pas, malgré le code nous n'aurions pas pu entrer dans la résidence. Nous avons apprécié sa présence. Si nous devions retourner sur l'île de Saint Martin, nous retournerions volontiers dans ce logement. La description et les photos sont conformes à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Das Appartement liegt in einem abgesicherten Komplex und bietet alles (sogar mehr) als man als Selbstverpfleger braucht. Der Supermarkt ist vor der Tür und auch der Mullet-Bay ist zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Des Weiteren sind einige gute Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die Lebensmittelpreise sind auf der Niederländischen Seite echt teuer. Deshalb bietet es sich an im Super U auf der französischen Seite einzukaufen. Ist mit Mietwagen schnell erreicht. Der Hauswart war auch sehr freundlich und hat uns den Kühlschrank mit Getränken und etwas essen bestückt, sodass wir nach dem langem Flug den ersten Abend einfach entspannen könnten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nice residence in a great area

Comfortable renovated apartment in a secured residence with parking, swimming pool and closed gate. The location is great and you will find a supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Very close from Cupecoy, Maho and Mullet bay.

Appartement très bien rénové, très propre. Literie de très bonne qualité. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, manquerait une cloison vitrée plutôt que le rideau. Situation très agréable, à deux pas d'un magasin d'alimentation, à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage . Casino en cours de rénovation, à 5 minutes à pieds. Des bus, à 5 minutes à pieds pour desservir Phillsburg, voir Marigot.
