Went to st.maarten to celebrate my birthday a few other hotels were sold out came across mullet bay suites and took a chance and it ended up being great . The room was a nice size for 2 ppl great location was literally 10/20 minutes away from almost all activities and restaurants i had on my itinerary.The staff were amazing ,pool was great, beach right across from the hotel slight complain would be the door didnt have a peephole or latch . Outside of that definitely would recommend .

My recent stay at Mullet Bay Suites was overall enjoyable because of the island itself, but my experience at this establishment left a lot to be desired. It's important to note that this is not a traditional hotel setup. Mullet Bay Suites is only the 7th and 8th floors in the Fourteen property. The front desk is managed by third-party individuals and there's no official hotel staff or concierge on-site. Communication is done through WhatsApp, which can be convenient at times, but also feels impersonal when issues arise. Upon arrival, our room was not thoroughly cleaned and showed a lot of wear and tear, which was disappointing. Limited dining options on the premises and you'll need a rental car or taxi to get around. Which adds up quickly. I'd recommend doing some research and considering a rental car if you choose to stay here.

This is our 2nd stay at Mullet Bay Suites and we love it!! Our unit was stunning, beautiful furniture, and the the view was amazing. The location was convenient and right in the center of everything. We look forward to returning again in the near future!!

Beautiful room with views of Mullet Bay beach and golf course. However, the check-in process was unusual. It was done in the room on an iPad with the representative. Surprisingly, she left in the middle of the check-in process and came back later. Another unusual occurrence was a beeping noise from the safe located in the bedroom at midnight. Since it was after hours, I was directed to the front desk from WhatsApp. I was disappointed to only find the security guard at the front desk who provided no assistance at all. At 2am, the host finally replied to remove the batteries from the safe! From this experience, I feel that the customer service was lacking. No apology or compensation was made. Overall, I do not recommend booking this hotel.

As former owners at the Towers, we were initially upset with a new property being built, but after our stay, MBS has to be one of the most exceptional properties we have stayed at. The views were spectacular, the balcony and chairs kept us out there most nights. The interior decorating was interesting, but all things were comfortable, clean and well supplied. The pool and restaurant were wonderful with great service! This is definitely on our places to return to.

Unit smelled, towels and wash clothes were too thin and did not look clean. The customer services was very kind and Dre was a life saver for this trip. He gave the best customer service to me and my friends that allowwed us to enjoy my 50th birthday celebration. I don't think i would revisit mullet bay suite when i return to st Marteen next year.
