We have stayed at this hotel a few times and have been very impressed by everything. But what happened today is fantastic! We had made a 4 day booking on a non refundable basis. We are unable to go due to very close member of our family being close to death. I informed the hotel I was unable to go and apologised. The hotel then responded by offering to let us stay later in the year!! To say I was blown away is an understatement. Round of applause for such amazing compassion, not often found in business. Thank you Marceli
The hotel is located very close the the centre of the city and it's many attractions , all of which are within walking distance . The staff were very friendly and efficient . Our deluxe room was vast as was the bathroom both of which were immaculately looked after by the cleaning staff .
We stayed here recently whilst visiting Wrocklaw. The hotel staff are courteous and polite, and the hotel is very comfortable. Big bedrooms with two TV's and well appointed bathrooms with superb walk in showers and everything anyone needs for a comfortable stay. Good buffet breakfast. Parking nearby and limited parking outside the hotel. Its a bit on the pricy side but you only get what you pay for. Would definitely return to this hotel when next in Wroclaw.
This was our first time in Wroclaw, and I was so happy I booked this hotel. The location is perfect as it's in the town center. You are few minutes walk from the market square, and 10-20 minutes walk from most of the things you will want to see and do in the city. Perfect! The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff very helpful and pleasant, and our room was amazing. We went for the double deluxe room, and I would recommend it as it was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. Double Deluxe Room bathroom gives you a bath and a separate shower. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Modern and luxurious family suite. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Huge usable balcony which we enjoyed. Great pool, amazing spa area including an awesome steam room, sauna and incredibly therapeutic salt cave. Worth traveling to Wroclaw for!
Picturesque old hotel with modern amenities. Parking across the street. We arrived late, had a pleasant drink on the rooftop terrace and a fine meal in the restaurant. We got to the restaurant late (10) yet the still served us a fine meal. Service was fine and food (and wine pairings!) also great. Hotel is located close to the Rynek (town square) and a quick walk to most of the things to see in Wroclaw. I recommend it.
Visited Wroclaw this weekend with my friend, we Couldn't fault this hotel. Location is excellent. Rooms are spectacular, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was immaculately cleaned. Didn't eat here but food looked delicious. The spa was one of the best facilities I've seen in a hotel and we will definitely be back.
The Hotel is in central Wroclaw and have a modern look in an old building. Very good beds and the house keeping was excellent. A perfect breakfast whit a lot of frech fruits. The SPA was good and they have a nice roof top bar. The staff was very nice and make our stay easy. I realy have nothing to complain about, maybe the room was a bit thin-walled but that was not an issue. Take your time and read about the history of this hotel from late 19th Century. It has survived 2 WW amazing.
Stayed here a handful times already, as business travel. The gym is a bit squeezed in a small space, but they have a nice underground swimming pool (never tried it though). Had several rooms, ranging from big to very large - but was never disappointed. Actually, never had any complaint. Breakfast has one of the widest selections I've ever seen
Great hotel in Wroclaw, just slightly outside old town, but only a 2-3 min walk. Rooms are huge and very modern. Very historic hotel hat survived WW2 - Hitler used room 113 to access the balcony. Great rooftop bar with great views over the city, which is open when the weather is nice. Breakfasts were very nice, usual continental fare. One word of warning - they seem to allow smoking in the inside bar, with people smoking cigars. In 2017 this is disgusting, and made me feel sick and had to go to bed Also the room service is only 3 different types of sandwich after 10pm, which for a hotel of this standard is very poor. But knowing the above now I'd definitely stay there again.
