Very close of the old town. Easy to get food, groceries. Interesting activities during the weekend in the Old Town. You can also get local guided tours. I explored the sights on foot. It is also easy to get by using the trams. Even if i got lost; the locals are very helpful in providing directions. On another note, I like to single out one of your hotel staff: Przemek for being so helpful during my early wee morning check out. He scheduled a wake up call, breakfast to go as well as the airport taxi. He was always cheerful and pleasant. Assisted in a stress-free check out. Thank you.
Perfect location - 100m from Market Square. Good quality rooms - enough space, clean, fully equiped. Very clean generally. U/G parking which is very convenient. Good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff, quick check-in and check-out. Personally I would like to have a bit more firm mattress but that's just me
In the heart of the city a convenient hotel. Reasonable rrooms, service not always 100% Breakfast very good in a nice restaurant. Close to the beautiful city centre with historic buildings and very nice restaurants
Always stay here when coming with work in Wroclaw! Have stayed here more than 10 times Rooms are clean and the beds sooo comfortable!! Always got an upgrade every time I stayed here! Breakfast is really nice with plenty of choices.Sometimes I had to check out early at 3-4 am and they would prepare me a huge take away breakfast! The reception staff is very friendly and helpful! The hotel is located in the heart of Wroclaw which is very handy!
I really would like to give them high stars because the Sofitel in Warsaw was amazing but so far our stay here has had many issues. We have two rooms, between the two we've had the following issues: not able to get rooms side by side or close together ( just same floor), the key slot stopped working, the sink is clogged, the bathroom trash can does not open, and the heat bar does not work purposely during summer months ( did not lmk, found out when I called .) Staff has attitude and when you complain they make you feel like you are a "complainer." The food in Restaurant is pretty horrible. We had a buffet dinner with our group and the only thing edible was the protein offered. Haven't had breakfast yet so cannot comment. Won't stay here again. Will go to another hotel in square.
Business trip but they made me feel like I'm on vacation! Reception staff were great, Patricia went out of her way to accomodate my early checkin which was most welcome. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town and is a great place to explore all that is to see on foot. Room was very clean and well presented. Bed amazing! Parking is a little tricky. All round the best hotel experience I've had in Wroclaw!
Nicely located businesslike hotel. Clean and reasonably sized room. Attentive staff. The hotel is across the street from a very busy bar, and the Esther loud patrons can be heard from some rooms at 0300. They were audible but didn't interfere with sleep.
An excellent central hotel with modern comforts and professional staff. The perfect location to explore the old town of Wroclaw. Very helpful English speaking staff. I certainly would stay there again.
I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times. The first time I was given a room facing the atrium. The atrium will amplify any sound at the night, making it really hard for me to sleep with a jet lag. From the second time on, I've always requested to get a room on the other side and my sleep got a lot better. Hotel is located right outside Rynek, close to all the bars and restaurants that Rynek has to offer. There is always taxi right outside ready to take you any where. Breakfast is really good, with a lot of selection hot and cold, fresh juice, etc. Very friendly staff
This hotel has the perfect location. A very good hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms have a big size, are clean and very nice. The bed, duvets and pillows are great. We did't have any breakfast or dinner at the hotel, but from the impression I got from our visit at the hotel I think it's very good. I had my birthday when we were there and I got a cake as a complement from the hotel. I would absolutely choose this hotel if I would come back to Wroclaw. I recomend this hotel for your stay.
