You can't find a better location than Sofitel Wroclaw , it's right in the old town ! I came with me pet , right after I checked in , we received a set of dog goodies which is a very nice gesture. Hotel stuffs were very very friendly and helpful ! The front desk lady named Asia were helping me look for a English speaking vet , because her persistence, I managed to sort out paper work for me dog ! Concierge Dariouz organized a very nice taxi driver to help us to the vet and station ! Really enjoy Wroclaw also staying in this hotel . Will come back again !
This hotel is so close to Rynek that it spoiled me for every other hotel we stayed in during our visit to Poland. The staff was amazing and actually left me a handwritten thank you note! The hotel is renovating rooms and unfortunately ours wasn't one of them (we were in a suite). But the rooms that were renovated were very nicely done.
I was on a business trip and for one night in Wroclaw. The hotel is perfect located, very close to the main square of the city (you must go there and have drink and/or dinner). Large rooms, nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Hotel was quiet in general. I had a room directing the atrium. From time to time people entering the Hotel could be heard. Breakfast was large. Lot of different feed and delicious.
Convenient localization, near Main Square, walking distance to main city locations. Standard Services, clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast, easy check-in and check-out. Appropriate cost for the benefits you get
Very friendly welcome and free drink, flexible service concerning catering. As I had to leave before breakfast time they prepacked a breakfast upon request. Two tpes of mineral water, easy and good axxess to wifi.
Stayed for 5 nights here with husband and really enjoyed it. Great location very close to square. Enjoyed the spa. Didn't use restaurant as like to have breakfast out - lots of choices nearby. Small bar with great cocktails.
Sofitels are reliably good, and this one did not disappoint. Comfortable, with attentive, if rather formal, service, a stay here is good. We were offered an upgrade in advance of our visit following a discussion with management. This did not filter through to the desk staff and so we went to a lower grade room Initially upon check-in, which was not the best start. After that though, things went very well fortunately. Our junior suite was spacious and comfortable. Beds and bed linen - top quality. In-room tea and coffee making facilities were a boon - particularly with the wonderful Nespresso machine. The Bose speaker system allowed the party to continue in our room! We did not eat dinner or breakfast in the hotel as there are so many great options within walking distance of this modern hotel, built right on the edge of the spectacular old town. Did not use the gym and the wellness centre was closed for renovation when we visited. Wroclaw is truly beautiful and from this hotel, you can walk to much of it, hassle free. Recommended.
The location is good, close to the Old Town centre, all restaurants and amenities. Room was spacious, staff very helpful. However, bed very uncomfortable, too soft and uneven, I kept falling off when close to the egde. Some nights were noisy, as outside street with bars and people sitting outside. Otherwise I loved Wroclaw and my stay.
As for a business trip this hotel is really value for money. Good location. However to add breakfast was a little expensive. The service is excellent in all aspects and the staff in front desk is very helpful.
We stayed for one night on 11th June, 2017. The service was excellent with any requests dealt with almost immediately and always with a smile. The room was very nice with all the amenities you would expect from a Sofitel, we had a room facing the inside and I would not recommend this type of room as it is quite noisy, dark and overlooked by offices we also like to have the window open for fresh air. ( we are staying there again for 3 nights from 7th July, 2017 and I have e-mailed the hotel requesting an outside room). The room position did not spoil our stay as everything in the hotel was excellent, the food, The facilities and the location to the old town. We thoroughly enjoyed Wroclaw especially the Old town.
