Great hotel. Very close to old town square and great Bars & restaurants but quiet. Small spa area with jacuzzi, steam & sauna - robes supplied in room. WiFI is good. Did not eat in hotel but staff and location were the reason I will re book here.
This sofitel hotel is situated right at the center of old town, about 30 seconds walk from the main square, what an amazing location for exploring the charming city. The hotel itself shares a building with some offices, the building itself is nice with a nice ceiling. The check in was ok, not the most friendly I have had as with other sofitel hotels I have stayed with. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and our room is nice and with a view of the sky tower. The hotel bar is small but it was nice and quiet with a small selection of cocktails. The hotel breakfast costs around 85 złoty per person, the service is nice and there are a good selection of continental european breakfast and some hot english breakfast food. But to be honest there are so many coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel, it is always easy to get something to eat in the morning. I was there on the weekend and in the night I could hear all the party people screaming and shouting, because there are few bars situated opposite the hotel entrance. Overall my stay was easy and stress free, and I would say the most attractive thing about this hotel is its location.
Spent a long weekend here to escape life from the big Apple. The hotel is in a great location. Just a block away from the main square. Your steps away from a postcard perfect Central European town square and cafes, restaurants, bars, churches, free walking tours, etc. The room was fine. The staff was great. They helped me with reading Polish in order to fix my SIM card. Cheers to the nice lady from Florida I met drinking fruit smoothie shots at reception. The only small gripe is that the room doors are very heavy, you could hear other doors being slammed when in your room.
I am a frequent user of this hotel for some business-oriented reason. No matter when I visit Sofitel Wroclaw adjacent to the heart of this historically blessed city, all the staff pleasantly welcome me with full-frilled services. In particular, Mr. Młyńczak (concierge) smoothly copes with my relatively enigmatic requests with no exception in order to realize the prestigious stay.
I can really recommend this hotel. It has a great location for the Main Square, bars, and restaurants. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the service excellent and the beds are the most comfortable anywhere. The free Wi-Fi is good, breakfast has a big choice and very good quality. This was my fifth visit and I look forward to staying again in the near future.
Stayed here for two nights. The location is great as the mRket place, Rynek etc are really close. The whole Old Town is literally at your fingertips. The hotel is modern enough, right service attitude and priced moderately.
Pretty luxurious and 2 minutes from the town square. Elegant glass lifts with a view over the atrium. Rooms are well fitted and comfortable. The do an early breakfast FOC for people leaving early. Has the feeling of a top class expensive hotel.
Sofitel Wroclaw is very well located, just half a munute from the beautifull center of the city, the Rynek/ The rooms are solidly furnished and contain everything one needs. Service is warm and flawless.
We visited Wroclaw recently and stayed at the Sofitel. The location was fabulous, 20 secs from the town square - heart and soul of the city. The hotel itself felt a little aged. The towels were frayed and the safe wasn't when screwed into the wall - you could lift the whole thing off!! With delicious homemade dumplings available around the corner for $5 a plate, the $60 per person breakfast seemed a little high! But staff were lovely and generally a good vibe. In need of a bit of a revamp.
I was responsible for booking this hotel for myself and 8 friends. We were all thoroughly delighted with our stay. Breakfast was superb. Rooms comfortable and the beds were so so comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and I hope to stay there again.
