Located in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland, 20 minutes drive from the beach and 20 minutes from Lamington National Park, this beautiful tiny home is situated on 8 hectares and is surrounded by conservation areas and state forest. The mini mansion faces eastward and has a glorious uninterrupted vista over the Gold Coast, the Pacific Ocean and the Hinze Dam.

The home, sleeps 4 people, consists of 2 loft bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and a dining/living room, and an outdoor terrace garden.

Nestled in a woody nook with commanding views over the Pacific, the mini mansion is fabulous for the dawn's rising sun or evening's full moons.

Over 70 different birds live in and around Bottletree Gardens along with wallabies, paddy melons, non stinging Australian native bees, goannas and a travelling echidna.

Whilst privacy of the mini mansion is maintained as it is located 150m from the main house on the 8 hectare property, there will always be someone available at the main house.

Plenty of options available from chilling out and enjoying the view over a glass of vino, walking in the National Parks, road cycling, motorbiking, cross county cycling, horse riding or paragliding. The options are endless.
The cabin is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.
