New built home that’s near Beaver Lake and only 10 minutes to Lowell Walmart SuperCenter. Semi-rural location that’s quiet but yet close to Lowell (10 minutes), Downtown Rogers (20 minutes), Bentonville (25 minutes) and Fayetteville (30 minutes). The house is fully furnished and ready for a weekend or month long stay. Electric vehicles and plug-in-hybrids are welcome. We have 50 amp outlet installed on the property to charge your vehicle at no cost while staying.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

Very Nice Property

We had a great time. Owner responded promptly to all questions. Property has every thing you need for a nice stay. Comfy beds with plenty of pillows, great Wi-Fi and owner provided coffee for us. Plenty of space for a family of 4-5. Just a short 25 minuet drive to University of Arkansas where we attended graduation.Highly recogmend and would gladly stay again.

Visit daughter at University of Arkansas.

Very well maintained property with beautiful views. All amenities needed were provided. Enjoyed the peaceful setting and our French bulldog (Winston) enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Will definitely use this property in the future for other visits.

Everything was picture perfect. The pictures simply do not do the property justice. It was the perfect place to celebrate my engagement with a few friends and family! If I ever have friends coming to visit, this will be the first property I look for!

Perfection!

We have a 4 month old micro Sheepadoodle & it was perfect for her! The fenced in yard & the furniture & flooring… Supplied well also! We were exploring & hiking most of our stay! It was so nice to come back to a comfortable home!
