This property is really unique because it offers a completely stress free, high end oasis for you, but it is still just 30 minutes away from the Adriatic sea and Makarska Riviera.
This modern, newly builded villa consists of 3 luxury, cozy, fully AC bedrooms with additional 2 persons apartment on the south side of the heated pool, which totally makes it for up to 8 persons. Beautiful terraces with stunning views, precisely crafted details and touch of real luxury will make you feel like a king/queen in his/her castle.

This villa has ideal strategically position:
- 30 minutes away from the Adriatic sea

Dreadful woman. Tried to accuse us of damage that we had not done.

Nice on the face of it. No house manual. Poor quality lock that left front door open, no instructions for water heating, missing remote controls, no clothes storage in annex. Loud cockerels in garden awaking us at 4.30am. We were very patient and put our selves out waiting for repairs and replacements. Owner daughter then turned extremely nasty. Our car was hit by neighbour, a tap and she claims the damage cause to his car was so damaged it was undriveable! Deluded. Good job we have video evidence.

Great Stay

From the moment of our arrival till our time of departure from the property was a beautiful experience. The online description of the villa was accurate, it was beautiful, spacious, clean and new. The property had all the amenities we could have wished for. Our boys fell in love with the turtle they eventually named “Jemma”. The villa also has a poultry where we get fresh egg(s) for breakfast and a small garden with zucchinis, tomatoes and paprika. The pool was excellent. Zeljka and her dad as hosts were friendly, warm and welcoming. Zeljka gave us tips and advice on how to get the authentic Croatian experience. She was quick to respond whenever we needed her. The location of the villa is a tad bit far from the city but that was how we wanted it! And we had a rented car to get around. There’s a supermarket and few restaurants less than 10mins by car from the property. I would recommend this property for family with kids. It’s also a great spot for a romantic getaway. Thank you Zeljka for an awesome experience.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Villa und der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders gut haben uns der Grillplatz mit Dartscheibe und der Jacuzzi gefallen. Gemüse konnten wir in unserem eigenen Garten ernten. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Ein Highlight war das Mittagessen, das die Familie für uns zubereitet hat. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Einfach genial

Wir haben im August zu acht in der Villa Granny's Gold Urlaub gemacht. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich von Anfang an wohl zu fühlen. Das Anwesen ist einladend, geschmackvoll gestaltet sowie sehr gepflegt. In den Häusern ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem Urlaub gebrauchen könnte, von Waschmaschine, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Tischtennisplatte bis Küchenreibe. Auch 4 Fahrräder standen zur Nutzung bereit. Besonders schön war natürlich der herrliche Pool, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr aufgeschlossen. Sie spricht ein sehr gutes Englisch. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal an dieser Stelle für die wunderbare, kulianarische und herzliche Betreuung auch vor Ort! Freudig überrascht waren wir von dem kleinen Garten im hinteren Teil des Anwesens. Dort leben Hühner und 4 Schildkröten, und es wächst Obst und Gemüse, welches wir ernten durften. Wir können diese Villa sehr empfehlen für Menschen, die im Urlaub eher die Ruhe suchen. Für uns war es ideal, den Tag an Haus und Pool zu verbringen und in den späten Nachmittagsstunden Ausflüge in die Küstenstädte zu machen. (Fahrt mind. 50 min) Auch ein Tagesausflug nach Split und eine Bootstour waren dabei. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Ort!

Eine Villa zum Verlieben

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Grennysgold. Das Haus war sehr schön und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus überzeugte mit hervorragender Ausstattung und toller Atmosphäre. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Selbst als mir ein Zahn abgebrochen ist, war die Vermieterin sehr besorgt und hat sich um einen Zahnarzt gekümmert. Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten, vielen lieben Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub.
