Spend an unforgettable vacation in this renovated vacation home with pool, in the charming coastal town of Lovran on the Opatija Riviera. It is located on a large plot above Lovran, so you have a beautiful sea panorama from the upper floor. The house consists of two floors, which are connected by an external staircase. On each floor there is a fully equipped apartment and therefore this domicile is ideal for two families who want to travel together while maintaining their privacy. The garden has two spacious terraces, a barbecue and an outdoor pool with sunbathing area and shower. On the first floor is an activity room with billiards, table soccer and darts. Of course, it has also been thought of that there are toys for the youngest guests. A basketball hoop and an archery set are also available. The interiors are decorated with great care and furnished with modern and practical furniture. Along the property, a pedestrian path leads directly to the center of Lovran and allows you to walk to the sea and the beach.

Well equipped,clean, but a steep walk to town

Property was spacious, with excellent bbq /seating area and loads of toys/games ( table football, table tennis, kids slide etc). Main gripe is the misleading info that restaurants were a 15 minute walk away- it was 15 mins down to town (240 steps & 3 hairpin bends along the road). The steep walk back up was 30-35 mins because of the gradient, which took the edge off supper and glass of wine in a restaurant. No local taxis available either.
Stayed 10 nights in May 2023
