Great location/great house
Stayed at 919 W. 4th Street this week.Great location - quiet yet within walking distance of downtown Loveland. Great old house (1920) very nicely updated. Lovely vintage-style light fixtures. The beds were quite comfortable. Kitchen very nicely equipped. The kitchen window over the sink would benefit from a shade. Looks directly across the one-car driveway into neighbor's kitchen. This lacked the privacy I'd prefer. The dining room windows are also shade-less but these didn't seem to be as much of an issue. The woodwork is very beautiful. The corner of the rug under the dining room table would not sit flat. Tripping zone.Overall, we appreciated the comfort and the location. Would definitely recommend.

Family trip
Loved the house. Only problem was the air conditioning did not keep the top floor cool enough while the basement was cold. The box fan helped. Would suggest adding additional box fans. Other than that, everything else was excellent...would stay again and recommend it to others

Super Cute Place
This house is so super cute! Updated throughout with tons of character and charm. The reason for my 4 stars is because of an incident of the electric bill not being paid by the home owner. The city worker came to shut off the electricity for non payment while we were there. Luckily since we saw them they turned the water off instead so we could still have heat. The company handling the home was wonderful and took care of it very quickly however we did go without water for 6 hours until it was turned back on. The only thing the company offered us was bottled waters. We would stay here again though - hoping the bill thing was just an overcite and a one time thing.

Gorgeous Home
We absolutely loved this house for our work trip. Unfortunately the a/c froze over and it was HOT the last night of our stay and there was construction on the street which made it hard for us to park. Besides these inconveniences we absolutely loved the house!!
