Good place to stay, but not accommodating at all

Location was perfect- close to Sanctuary. Hotel was clean, bar staff very friendly. The front desk and staff as a whole were not accommodating nor did they go above and beyond to help. I was there 10 days but they wouldn’t let me have late checkout, I asked for more coffee at front desk and said no, I would have to pay, and since I had to check out, I needed some leftover food heated up but restaurant said no cause they were closed. I hope to come back to Lourdes next year but I will not stay at this hotel.

We love this place. They were very friendly. Walkable from Lourdes Sanctuary, around shopping available and dinning options. Hotel restaurant was great, with very good food.
