This Property owner did not contact nor answer when asking for access details.
We did not get to stay. The property owner would not answer. I had to contact VRBO and they also could not get a hold of the property owner. We had to book a hotel room and had to pay 200+ more to stay for the weekend. We frequently use VRBO. This is the first time the properly owner did not send us the access info. Honestly we should be issued a credit for the difference between out hotel price and what our VRBO cost.
